State-sponsored facilities make it possible for people suffering from addiction problems to receive the substance abuse treatment they need in such major metropolitan areas as Houston, Dallas and Ft. Worth. Each of these Texas cities offer people with substance abuse issues free services to overcome their addiction problems. Services provided at the free facilities are the same as those featured at pricier rehab centers. Therefore, addicts of all income backgrounds can benefit from the care provided at an addiction treatment facility. Applicants in such programs are encouraged to apply immediately as some centers add enrollees to a waiting list.
